The successful facility development and program implementation for the Bow Valley SPCA. will depend entirely on community volunteer efforts.

A large volunteer base of well-trained, highly committed animal advocates will be essential to form the basis of our operation. We are committed to providing care and protection for stray and abandoned cats and dogs. We have an animal health focus and will provide education to prevent cruelty to animals throughout the valley.

We want to build strong relationships with individuals throughout the valley who can bring their particular area of expertise to the table through volunteer effort and make this dream a reality.
