Christmas came early for Pat, who got to go to his forever home with his best buddy Scout! Pat and Scout came from a terrible hoarding situation, and when Pat arrived to us, he was the most fear aggressive of the group, not allowing anyone to come near him. When he went into a foster home with Scout, that all changed, and he discovered his hidden lap kitty nature. Now in their forever home, we know they will only continue to progress further. We're so happy for these two and their rags to riches story!

My name is Pat! A couple of my buddies and I arrived at the SPCA from a hoarding situation. It has been a rough go, but we are starting to settle. I will need a quiet home with loving companions. I am in a foster home with my buddy Scout, and we really love each other and would love to find a home together. I need love and affection, but at my own pace!

Here's what my foster family has to say about me: The love-bug. If you want a cat that loves to be pet for long periods of time, he's your guy. When not being pet, he loves to chase the laser pointer. He also likes food, maybe too much so lately we've been putting food in hiding spaces for him to find throughout the day to better pace his eating. Pat and Scout will need some time to acclimate to a new environment and people, but with patience they come around quite quickly.
