About Patty

We are pleased to announce that Patty was adopted on Jan. 12, 2019
Patty found her forever home! Patty was the fluffiest and the feistiest of her siblings - always looking to play with or pester Bear and Selma. Her intentions were always good and she will be well loved in her new home!
Patty is one of sweet Grace's pups. She is the quietest of the 3, though loves to chew on her sister's tail. She is big and fluffy, and loves being held by her human companions. She is energetic and playful, and though quiet, keeps her siblings quite busy.
Patty is now almost 5 weeks old, and as with her siblings, her personality is starting to shine through. She and her siblings will soon be ready to meet members of the public following their first set of vaccines on December 7th. While we believe Grace is predominantly a Golden Retriever mix, we are stumped as to what breed her puppies are. Patty is similar in look to Selma, though not exactly the same. Her coat is softer than Selma's, and she is white as snow with some black spots on her. She looks like she has some Collie in her, though we may have a better idea once she is older. Patty, like her siblings, is going to be quite large, with mom weighing in at around the 40 kg mark. We are now accepting applications for this litter on a first come, first serve basis. None of them will be ready to go until January, once we have had the opportunity to get them spayed and neutered, at which time they will be taken off medical treatment status. If you are interested in Patty please contact us at the shelter at (403)609-2022 or drop by the shelter and talk to our knowledgeable staff and volunteers. They will be ready to visit in person with an approved Adoption Application after December 7th.
