We’re absolutely thrilled to see this lovely girl find her purrfect person and head off on her next big adventure in her new home! With her exquisitely soft fur, gorgeous markings, and those endearing raspy meows, she charmed just about every visitor who walked through our doors. It was truly only a matter of time before the right match came along. We’ll miss her bossy little bit of tortitude around the Centre, but our hearts are full knowing sweet Josie girl has found the loving home she deserves.🧡

Oh hello, I'm Josie! I'm a sweet little girl who may be timid at first, but warms up to a head scratch quickly and easily. My life hasn't been all that stable, so I'm hoping for a loving and committed family to show me safety and unconditional love. I've got an adorable scratchy meow that I use to tell you all kinds of stories! I also have a funny quirk where my tail will poof up like a squirrel when you pet me - the vets say there's nothing wrong with me and it's just a quirk that makes me unique! I have a great purr that once you get going, never seems to stop!

Cat-friendly: Yes (additional considerations due to being FIV positive)
Kid-friendly: Yes
Do I Need Special Care?: I tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a condition that may lead to a weakened immune system. I will need regular veterinary visits to make sure I am staying healthy. The staff can tell you more about what it means to adopt a cat that is FIV positive, but you should know that FIV positive cats can lead long and healthy lives!

You can also come meet me without an appointment at the Centre during public visiting hours (Wednesday to Saturday, 12:00-4:00PM).

My adoption fee has kindly been sponsored! Remember that pet ownership is a lifelong responsibility, and finances should be carefully considered prior to adopting, to ensure you can provide me high quality care for many years to come.
