After a foster period to ensure he would be a good match with the resident cat in the home, Steve's new owner made it official! Steve was referred to as a National Treasure because of his laid back, lap-cat attitude, and he's been loving adopted life, spending his days lounging and receiving all the love a kitty could ever want, and building a relationship with his new kitty friend, also a BVSPCA Alumni. We'll miss you Steve!

Hi, I'm Steve! I was transferred here from Saskatchewan where I was found dumped on a farm. I may have been a stray, but I love people and I am an absolute delight! If you're in the market for an easy-going, laid back lap cat, look no further. I am a complete gentleman and love everyone I meet, other cats included. I am happiest stretched out over your lap for long belly rubs and cuddles. I just have so much love to give! I am a confident and relaxed boy, so I will fit in great to most households. Come on down to meet me, you won't be disappointed!
