Hey, I'm Percy! A sweet little guy with a whole lot of charm. People say I have striking good looks (like someone took a best-in-show German Shepherd and shrunk him down to a third of the size) and a gentle, discerning nature that makes me pretty irresistible. I'm semi-feral and still learning to trust people, and make sense of this big, wide world, but every day I'm getting a little braver.

While I don't think I actually like to be touched and petted yet, once I decide you're a safe and trustworthy friend, my playful side bursts out. I turn into a bouncy ball of joy, bunny-hopping through the snow and play-bowing to ask you to join in! When I'm feeling confident, I'm a total goofball in the best way.

With time, consistency, and plenty of patience, I know I'll grow into the loyal, wonderful companion I'm meant to be. I'm hoping to find people who are ready to move at my pace, earn my trust, and help me keep building up that confidence.
