Join the Bow Valley SPCA and Strides Running Store for a fun run/walk in support of our furry shelter residents!
The Bow Valley SPCA is thrilled to be partnering with Strides for their weekly Saturday Java Run to help raise funds for shelter operations and animal care.
Event Details
- Entry: No pre-registration required, entry by donation (all proceeds will support the Bow Valley SPCA)
- Distances: 1 km, 3 km, or 6 km run or walk
- Date: Saturday, May 16th, 2026
- Location: Start and finish from the green space at Railway Ave & Gateway Street, Canmore
- Start Time: 9:00 am
- Who’s Welcome: Humans and canines alike!
**Canine friends, please be respectful of the space and comfort of others! All dogs are welcome, and some may not appreciate direct or forward interactions with other dogs. Please ask before letting you dog come nose-to-nose with another dog and ensure you are aware and in control of your dog at all times!
