Making a Difference at Age 11

Rebecca is 11 and loves dogs.  She collected $100 from her birthday party celebration and donated it to the Bow Valley SPCA. Her support means that one dog will be taken care of for 4 days.  The dogs and cats, as well as the staff and volunteers couldn't be more impressed.
