National Volunteer Week 2017: Profiling Brittany

Here is our volunteer Brittany with Harley, who was recently adopted! It's National Volunteer Week and we're grateful for everything our volunteers do make the Bow Valley SPCA's work possible.

Brittany explains why she helps at the SPCA: I choose to Volunteer with the SPCA as they are such an amazing organization that is always giving back. Whether it’s helping rehabilitate that dog that no one thought was possible, cleaning up the community, and bringing dogs to the senior centres to cheer up the residents, just to name a few. Plus, it’s a nice bonus being able to get some quality time with dogs and cats, as living in the Bow Valley, renting and owning animals can be quite difficult, this helps fill the void.
