The Numbers are In!

Our annual bottle drive took place at the beginning of May. In just two weeks, our hard-working volunteers made 20 business stops and 131 residential pick-ups! The Lake Louise Inn also joined forces with us and generously hosted their third annual Hot Dogs for Cool Dogs BBQ in support of our drive. In addition to in-person donations made at the Canmore and Banff Bottle Depots, a grand total of $5,837.45 was raised!

We are blown away and continually amazed by our community: when we called, you answered. A huge thanks to each and every one of you, whether you donated refundables, gave your time, or passed the word around. We are so grateful for the support of businesses, residents, and volunteers alike.

A special thanks goes out to the Lake Louise Inn for supporting us with another annual charity BBQ, and matching the donations they received! And of course, we couldn’t do these bottle drives without the time, effort, and support of the Canmore Bottle Depot and The Green Bottle Depot Banff!

Each and every refundable that was donated will Change Lives for our dogs and cats, and the families that adopt them. Since January 1, 2025, $7,084.85 has been raised from donated recyclables: that’s a lot of lives changed already this year!
