Toonie Day at Mt Norquay: Community Support for the BV SPCA

On January 10, Mt. Norquay offered Alberta residents a chance to receive a lift ticket for ONLY $2.  In return for Mt Norquay's generosity, they asked skiers to contribute a donation to the Bow Valley SPCA.  Mt. Norquay collected the donations and then presented them to us on February 13, 2018.  The donations exceeded $2000.

Red, the retriever cross, was present on Toone Day and had a great time greeting the skiers and meeting the staff.  He  came to the mountain with Ed to help accept the cheque.  Teha, Amy, and Jacqui presented the cheque in front of one of Mt Norquay's most distnctive landmarks.

Community support is so, so important to our dogs and cats.  We are so grateful to Mt. Norquay for their generosity.
