About Andy

We are pleased to announce that Andy was adopted on June 16, 2022
While the rest of Andy's littermates got adopted as wee tiny kittens, Andy was with us for over 6 months of his life. While his adorable, mischievous, and playful personality was a joy to have around, we were beyond thrilled that he finally found a home of his own! Andy was FeLV positive, but he was so deserving of a great forever home - and he got just that! He has been keeping busy causing trouble in his new home and getting all the snuggles he could want. Lucky boy!
Hi, I'm Andy! My siblings and I were brought to the SPCA when we were really tiny and oh how we've grown! All of my siblings have found loving homes, and I can't wait to find my own furever home! There are a few things you should know before taking me home. I am a fun, cuddly, and wonderful kitty that has lots of spunk and energy! My siblings and I tested positive for FELV, which is a disease that impairs a cat's immune system and can cause cancer. FELV has a variety of outcomes, but one of the most common is a shorter lifespan. I was retested in the middle of March and unfortunately I tested positive once again, which means this is a disease I will likely have for life. The humans at the shelter can let you know more about what adopting a cat that is FELV+ means for my life. Regardless, I am still up for adoption and would love a forever home - whether it's for a short time or a long time! The people at the shelter love me like their own, but it sure would be nice to have a home to call my own, and humans to be my best buddies.
