Aurora

Hey, I'm Aurora! I came here as a surrender with my sister Holly, and now I'm ready to find a great new home to call my own. I am young and eager to please, and still have lots to learn about the world. I am looking for an active home to match my energy and enthusiasm for life! I can be a bit nervous in new situations, so my new home should work on building my confidence and giving me lots of opportunities to socialize. I am currently working on my leash etiquette and working on basic cues, and not to brag, but I catch on really fast! I recently had surgery on my eye to correct entropion (meaning my eyelid curled into my eye causing irritation) but now that I'm on the mend that shouldn't trouble me anymore. I've made lots of doggy friends while at the shelter, and love to rip around the yard playing with my friends so a home with another canine companion would be lots of fun! I've tried agility while here at the shelter and it's so much fun, so if I could go to a home that would continue teaching me agility, or other fun outdoor sports, that sounds like a blast! I am very sweet, bubbly, and love to snuggle (my size doesn't stop me from being a lap dog), so I am excited to find a great home to join!
