Buddy

Hey there! My name is Buddy! I am one loveable guy with lots of cuddles and love to give. I'm your classic giant dog with lap-dog syndrome, and I also enjoy being the little spoon in a snuggle. Don't be intimidated by my size - I am a hundred pounds of pure love! I love being around people and frolicking outside. I am good with other dogs, but playtime should be supervised as I can accidentally go overboard, which can rub other dogs the wrong way. I would prefer to go to a home without other animals to compete with for your affection, but with the right fit I may be able to have a dog companion. I am a smart boy and I pick up on new things fast! I know my basic commands and listen fairly well most of the time. I would love a family or person who enjoys long walks and a fully fenced yard (or acreage-lifestyle) is a must! I am very playful and goofy, so I will keep you entertained for hours. I haven't interacted with many tiny humans yet, but I think a home with taller ones would be best for me anyway as I am a tall guy! All in all, I am a gentle pup, and having someone that has time to finesse my manners a wee bit, and who is capable of managing my size and exuberance would be ideal. I have a heart that matches my size, which means I have all the more love to give for my new forever family!
