We are pleased to announce that Dexter was adopted on Dec. 22, 2018

This guy had an unlucky December - found just outside of Banff on a cold winter day. After much unsuccessful searching to find his owners we took him in! It didn't take long for him to find a forever home...during the midst of posting to find his original family we received an application stating that 'they truly hoped he would find his owners, but if not, they would love to give him a home". Well - Dexter found his forever home! Another happy ending.

Dexter was brought to us after being found at Moraine Lake outside of Banff. This sweet boy must have had a home in the past, as he is chipped and well fed, but after searching we sadly could not reunite him. We aren't worried though! Dexter has a pleasant demeanor, loves most people and seems to do well with other dogs! He seems loyal and loving. Dexter will need some leash training (a bit of a puller) and is just awaiting his behavioral assessment.
