Phantom

Hey, I'm Phantom! I came to the BVSPCA due to some unfortunate circumstances that were no fault of mine, but I was dearly loved prior to coming here. And it shows - I'm a well-socialized, loving, clever, and happy-go-lucky boy, and now I'm ready to find a new home to join. I'm the whole package: handsome good looks, a great big snuggly teddy bear, and eager to learn and train. I'm a big boy with a big bark, but I am friendly as can be. I've got some great training foundations (sit, down, stay, shake a paw, touch, back up, and more) and I'd love to learn some more tricks too. I tend to get a little excited on the leash and have a tendency to pull, but I'm working on that too and know the command "walk nice" I just need reminding sometimes! I get along well with female dogs, and although I haven't been a fan of male dogs in the past, that may slowly change now that I'm neutered. I also love cats and kids (although I can get pretty excited so dog-savvy kids will be best), so I'll fit into all kinds of families! I can get a bit worried when left alone, but I have some foundations of crate training which may help me to feel safe and secure while you're away. I'd love a yard to romp around in, and to go on adventures like hiking or swimming (I love to play in water, but that doesn't translate to getting showers!). I am just a bundle of joy and exuberance, so I can't wait to find an amazing home where my enthusiasm can shine!
