Hi, I'm Stella, your new best friend! I'm a sweet, snuggly, and smart middle-aged mixed-breed with a heart that's just as big as my smile. I may not be a puppy anymore, but trust me, I've perfected the art of being the perfect companion: calm when you want calm, playful when you want fun, and always ready for a cuddle! I love being close to my people, and if you sit down, I'll gently lean in for you to stroke my delightfully soft ears. Although I can be a bit timid upon first meeting (especially with humans of the tall and low-voice variety), I'm easily won over, and seem to get along with kind humans of all ages. I will blossom in a home that appreciates a gentle, loyal dog who's past the chaos of puppyhood but still full of energy and love. I'd make an amazing trail dog, enjoy cozy soft beds, and any opportunity to be told I'm a good girl - which I am, by the way.
