We are pleased to announce that Zeus was adopted on Sept. 23, 2018

Zeus has found his forever home with one of our staff! This quiet guy - who we all knew as 'Eeyore' won over everyone he met. Not knowing our dogs' pasts can be hard sometimes, as they exhibit behaviours or anxieties that we do not know the source of. Zeus was one of those - however, he is now becoming more dog-like every day! Another happy ending!

Poor Zeus was found abandoned under a deck with a face full of porcupine quills. All the quills were pulled and he was brought here where he is finally safe. Zeus is very sweet, but a bit shy. It will take him some time to get used to having people care for him, where he is provided with comfort, food, safety and lots of love. Zeus has not yet had his Behaviour Assessment, and is going to through some medical testing at the time being. He is not up for adoption currently, but check back in for updates!
