Bluey

Hi, I'm Bluey! While nobody knows exactly what breeds make up my "supermutt" recipe, I like to think I got the best of everything. I'm medium-sized with the build of a heeler, expressive rottie eyebrows, and a handsome shepherd-style coat. What I do know is that I LOVE people! I'm a sweet, clever guy who's eager to please and always happy to make new friends. I already know sit, down, and paw, and I'd love to keep learning with my forever family.

I've spent most of my life living outdoors, so house life is still new to me. I'd do best with a family that's home often to help me navigate being left home alone, which is a new concept for me. I've spent some time in a foster home while with the BVSPCA and am quickly adapting to the luxuries of indoor living and have been making strides with learning house rules. While I'm learning to love indoor life, I'd also thrive on an acreage or farm, where I can spend lots of my time outdoors and may even like to be a dog with a job! Whether or not I've been on a leash much before, I'm a total natural and happily trot right beside you at your pace.

I can be a little timid at first, but I warm up quickly and become a loyal, affectionate companion. At the perfect medium size, I'm equal parts adventure buddy and cuddle bug, and I can't wait to find a family to share both with. Could that be you?!
